Where have all the solar cells gone?

Ok, so here we are with energy prices soaring and no one's using solar energy to supplement their electricity from the power co. What's up with that. We should be trying to create as much of our own electricity as we can without the help of the power co. I know the batteries are expensive but the more people who start buying them, the prices will come down and become very affordable for everyone.

All this unused surface area on top of our homes is such a waste of potential for collecting FREE energy. If everyone used these solar panels on their homes' rooftops they would save a ton of money in electric bills every year. When properly installed and integrated with your existing electrical system, these will collect energy for your use and will reduce your power co. reliance. If you collect more energy than you use, it is a federal law that the electric company compensate you for the surplus of energy.

If you take it a few steps further and incorporate other ideas into your home production of electricity you could really save on power costs. Imagine this: every time you open and close any door in your home, it rubs a roller on the floor producing a small electrical current that is stored in your home electric batteries. Every time you run water, the water that goes down the drain spins a little turbine that also produces electricity for your home. More to come...
